Engineering practical solutions for demanding environments
PolyFusion WA is an Australian manufacturer specialising in industrial inflatable systems and technical PVC fabrication for mining, industrial and specialised applications.
With around 20 years of experience in inflatable manufacturing and technical fabrication, we combine practical site knowledge with in-house design and manufacturing capability to develop solutions for real operating conditions.
From underground ventilation controls and inflatable isolation systems to overhead protection, environmental containment and custom PVC fabrication, our focus is straightforward: build products that are tough, practical to use and fit for purpose.
Based in Midvale, Western Australia, our products are designed and manufactured locally, giving us direct control over materials, manufacturing methods, quality and turnaround.

From digital design and CNC cutting through to fabrication and final assembly, accuracy and repeatability are built into our manufacturing process. Our in-house capability allows us to develop custom systems around the dimensions, operating conditions and practical requirements of each application.

We manufacture products for environments where reliability matters. Material selection, welded seam integrity, reinforcement, component selection and quality assurance are considered throughout production, with each system inspected before it leaves our workshop.
