For containment-critical applications, PolyFusion fabricates custom PVC covers with integrated bunding profiles and fully sealed welded seams, as well as controlled fall geometry to capture drips and incidental spills.

We address safety and handling performance at the design stage, employing high-visibility PVC materials, reinforced edges and lifting points to streamline deployment, reduce manual handling and support safe work areas.

Welded seam performance and application-specific material selection

Every custom PVC cover is manufactured in-house under controlled conditions to ensure dimensional accuracy and consistent build quality. We specify materials based on chemical compatibility requirements, temperature exposure, marine or UV intensity, and mechanical handling demands.

Where structural strength and leak control are critical, we thermally weld seams to create a fused bond consistent with the base PVC. This is especially important in offshore and containment-focused environments, where the integrity of each seam can directly affect environmental outcomes.

For general-purpose protective covers, such as tarpaulin covers or trailer load covers, we select construction methods that balance durability, service life and cost without compromising fit or function.
