PolyFusion designs and manufactures PVC containment systems for mining and industrial operations where equipment, people or surrounding work areas need to be protected from exposure.

Containment is not limited to liquids. Our systems can be used to help manage dust, debris, fibres, gases, wash-down by-products, process contamination and other site-specific exposure risks.

Each system is developed to suit the application, with material selection, weld methodology, access requirements and site conditions considered from the outset.

Custom systems for shutdowns, processing areas and hazardous environments

In shutdown, processing and remediation environments, containment systems often need to do more than cover an area. They may need to isolate equipment, direct exposure pathways, manage contaminated materials or create controlled working zones.

PolyFusion manufactures containment systems for applications involving dust control, asbestos management, chemical exposure, wash-down containment, process areas, offshore environments and site-specific equipment protection.

Our systems are built using welded PVC construction and selected materials suited to the operating conditions, including abrasion, UV exposure, chemical contact, handling requirements and installation constraints.
