Seam integrity and compliance drive our approach to quality. This is why all PolyFusion PVC products are manufactured through our controlled in-house PVC welding process.
Unlike stitching, which introduces perforations and stress concentrations that compromise material performance, welded seams create a continuous bond that maintains parent material strength. This is critical in heavy-duty and safety-sensitive applications.
We configure each weld to suit chemical compatibility, temperature range, and underground and offshore conditions, as well as site handling and installation constraints. Continuous in-process monitoring and batch testing form part of our QA framework, verifying weld integrity and ensuring consistent field performance.
